Colony Tire and Service

In the past when Shannon was running this shop I would’ve rated this location a 10/5 stars. But now with Ken running the shop I would not recommend to anyone. His customer service and Willingness to help is at an all time low and not a pleasant employee to work with. I would go to the Walterboro location if you want good customer service!

I had an issue with the electrical system of the trailer, the checked and gave me an estimate of 1200 the had to probably open the axels and check all the wiring, they found no issues on the brake magnets, so they were very honest, realised the problem wasnt there, they did not opened the axels and came to the conclusion the problem was in the cable that attaches to the truck, changed it and everything's fine now! And the they charged me almost 900. Thanks for your honesty and good work! God bless

I found a bolt in my tire called them 5 minutes notice they were amazing, got my Jeep in took the tire off patched and out back on , no scratches on the rims in and out in under 30 minutes. Great service and people saved the day for me .

I had a flat tire and pulled into this shop hoping for a quick fix, not expecting much since I didn’t have an appointment and knew they were busy. But from the moment I arrived, the team treated me like a priority. Even though they didn’t have to, they went out of their way to help me — fitting me in, diagnosing the issue, and getting me back on the road quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared. It’s rare to find service this good these days. I can’t recommend this tire shop enough — not just for their skill, but for the kind of people they are. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My car started making noise when pressing the brakes while I was trying to drive home (3 hours away) at 4pm on a Friday. I flew through the door panicked, beginning to get teary-eyed, when Shannon immediately calmed me and said, “let me see how I can help.” She came out to my car, realized the problem, and called Levi over to confirm. Levi quickly assessed the situation and called nearby shops to find the part needed. I had a family member on the way to fix the issue, but Levi offered to take apart the brakes and “get it ready” so it wouldn’t take my family member as long to fix it. Levi then took the time to explain what happened, assure me it wasn’t anything I’d done wrong, and showed me “best practice” for fixing it. Meanwhile, Shannon checked on us, offered us water, the restroom, and a place to sit and stay cool. If they treat non-paying customers this well I can only imagine the amazing customer service they provide paying customers! I give them 14/10…definitely recommend them!!
